After Congress passes current “Spam Control Act” most SPAM will be legalized. All small businesses will be inclined to use SPAM for promotion. If so, note the following numbers:

In the near future any individual could have an F value = 4 where A = 27,000,000, B = 10%, X = 5% and have Y = 4, then he/she will receive S = 18,000 SPAM messages each day..

The individual will have to download 386 megabytes of SPAM before reading wanted email messages. What to do? See our comments under Spam Reduction.
