Imagine having documents sent you, correctly formatted in any of your correspondents’ Windows programs of choice, either through your website or by sending the correspondent your branded CD. The document with all graphics and color may be sent over any Internet Service Provider  from the source program.

No problem with size
       Whether the document is sent via your web site or via the correspondent’s program augmented by your CD, a small Portable Document Format (PDF) file is created that prints exactly as intended with all graphics and charts.

No problem with cost
       On the password protected website or from the CD aug- mented source program, your branded job ticket pops up when the correspondent hits Remote Print. All necessary printing, finishing, and delivery information is checked and noted. Cost, if applicable, is figured automatically before the correspondent hits send.

No problem with security
      The small PDF file created by your branded CD or on your website is encrypted at 128 bit. Only your print room server

can read the file. The file can be further secured by a password so that only an authorized person can allow printing.

No problem with records
     Documents are archived and job tickets are filed according to your accounting format. Billing may be to your own marketing, to groups, or individuals--at prices tailored to each.

No problem with testing
       ePrint Direct allows 30 days of no obligation testing, and you can download both the Remote Server program and the Correspondent Driver program from their website.
