1. Display your organization logo or additional text message
2. The caption for every field is defined by the print room staff. Each field can be a drop-down list, a simple text box or both!
3. The optional Reporter module allows the print room to set up specific user accounts. The user specifies to which of these accounts their document is to be debited. In this case the star (*) indicates that this field is compulsory.
4. A scrolling message banner can be turned on and off by the print room to promote new services, instructions or welcome messages. Like all fields, this may be updated at any time. Text and background colours are configurable.
5. The Reporter module enables the print room to display a price estimate reflecting the

customer's choice of paper, finishing and delivery options. As correspondents select their preferences the estimate is updated and a breakdown provided...seen by clicking on the Detail button shown.
6. RemotePrinter Driver now incorporates its own PDF creator. This allows the customer to preview and print their document as a PDF, exactly as it will be receieved by the print room
7. Now please click on the TicketOption button below to view the Option Window Format you would see on the Job Ticket.

NOTE: Print room operators can update fields or options offered at any time. All correspondents are automatically updated. By setting up separate mailboxes for each correspondent, the print room may offer different services to match  particular correspondent or group requirements.
