1. Display your organization logo or additional text message 2. The caption for every field is defined by the print room staff. Each field can be a drop-down list, a simple text box or both! 3. The optional Reporter module allows the print room to set up specific user accounts. The user specifies to which of these accounts their document is to be debited. In this case the star (*) indicates that this field is compulsory. 4. A scrolling message banner can be turned on and off by the print room to promote new services, instructions or welcome messages.
